Shipping

We use Australia Post and other trusted partners to deliver your orders.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only, once dispatched, we are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will help you track and resolve any delivery issues.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal nature of beauty and skincare products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or personal preference (e.g., scent or texture).
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us at hello@ivicoco.com.au within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Accuracy & Information

We aim to ensure all product information is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions, prices, or stock details are error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions without notice.
