IVI COCO Shipping Policy
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
You’ll receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched with tracking information.
During peak periods, new launches, or promotions, processing times may extend slightly, but we’ll always do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.
Once dispatched, standard shipping generally takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Express shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery (usually 1–3 business days).
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and can vary based on your postcode and carrier delays outside of our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
Orders over $50 AUD (after discounts) receive free standard shipping automatically at checkout.
International Shipping
At this stage, IVI COCO ships within Australia only.
We plan to offer international shipping in the near future, follow us on Instagram IVI__COCO for updates.
Pre-Orders
If you purchase a product marked as pre-order, your entire order will be held and shipped once all items are in stock.
Estimated dispatch dates will be listed on the product page.
Delivery Issues
Once your parcel has been dispatched, it is in the hands of Australia Post.
IVI COCO is not responsible for any delays, lost items, or incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 business days from dispatch, please contact us at hello@ivicoco.com.au so we can assist with tracking.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please email hello@ivicoco.com.au within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos.
We’ll investigate and work with you to replace or refund where appropriate under Australian Consumer Law.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations as most orders are processed quickly.
If you’ve made an error, email hello@ivicoco.com.au as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.
Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
